Warranty: 

1 – Vinyl does not have a warranty, install with underlayment and moisture barrier, subfloor have to be leveled, need to be aclimated.

Refunds:

1 – No returns or cancellations after 15 days from invoice date on any merchandize.

2 – Claims only considered within 5 days after reciept of merchandise.

3 – Refunds are subject to a 25% fee (from the invoice total).

4 – No claims after goods are installed. 

5 – Only credit card refunds or checks.

6 – No returns or cancellations on decos, natural stones, mosaic, moldings, especial orders, pool tiles, and saltillo.

Deposits:

1 –  All deposits are non-refundable
